Troubleshooting sessions are $125 per hour, and new iPhone setup is a flat $100. Most problems are solved in a single visit. If I can't fix it, you don't pay.

Do you come to my home?

Yes — in-home visits are my specialty. I also offer phone and FaceTime sessions if you'd rather not have a visitor.

Can you transfer everything from my old iPhone?

Absolutely. Photos, contacts, messages, apps — I make sure everything moves to your new phone and that you're comfortable using it before I leave.
